Are the products authentic?

The products we sell are from our own catalogue, with supply and production we know. We do not sell counterfeit or second-hand goods.

Each product page carries the material information and, where applicable, a product code. That information matches the label supplied with the item.

About branding

Part of the catalogue is our own production. Those items carry no other company's logo or name, the product is presented exactly as described on its page.

If an item does not match its description, a different material, for example, that falls under faulty goods: do not use it, photograph it and tell us. You have a right to a replacement or a refund and the return shipping is not yours. See faulty item.

If you buy in volume and want to sell under your own brand, that is possible. See private label production.
