Fake messages sent in our name

Last updated: 6 September 2026

Fraudulent SMS and email are sometimes sent using e-commerce brand names. They are not hard to spot.

Things we will NEVER ask for

  • Your card number, CVC or card PIN
  • The verification code your bank sends you
  • Your site password
  • "Your payment failed, enter your card here" urgency messages

Checklist

  • Hover over the link without clicking: if the domain is not www.reflectiveharness.com, the message is not from us.
  • A "your parcel is on its way" message for an order you never placed can be ignored.
  • When in doubt, go to the site directly and check your orders rather than using the link in the message.

Forward suspicious messages with a screenshot to [email protected]. If you entered card details, contact your bank immediately and have the card blocked.

Our payment flow always runs on the site and through 3D Secure, see payment security.
