When will my order be dispatched?

Orders with approved payment are dispatched on this schedule:

• Weekdays before 14:00 (GMT+3): same business day, or the next business day at the latest.
• After 14:00: the next business day.
• Weekends and public holidays: the first business day that follows.

Preparation happens on business days only. Turkish public holidays affect this schedule, so a long holiday can add a day or two.

When the parcel is handed to the carrier the status changes to Shipped, a tracking number is issued and you receive an email.
