Why was my return rejected?

Returned items are inspected on arrival. The usual reasons for rejection:

• Hygiene seal opened on an item in the excluded categories (see non-returnable items).
• Signs of use: worn, tried on against the skin, washed or ironed.
• Odour transfer: perfume, detergent or body odour on the fabric.
• Tags or security seals removed or damaged.
• Missing packaging: original box or protective elements absent or damaged.
• Outside the window: notification sent after the 14-day cooling-off period.

When a return is not accepted the item is sent back to you with the reason. We do not keep it.

If you disagree with the assessment, for example you believe the item arrived faulty, reply with your order number and photographs to [email protected] and we will review the case again.
