Is the parcel discreet?

Yes. Every order ships in discreet packaging: nothing on the outside of the parcel reveals what is inside.

What that means in practice

• The outer packaging carries no product name, product image or category.
• There is no imagery suggesting lingerie or the adult category.
• Items are wrapped in an opaque inner layer so nothing is visible through the packaging.

This is not something you have to request. It is applied by default on every order. There is no need to add a note.

Whoever takes delivery, a family member, a neighbour, an office reception, sees an ordinary parcel.
