This harness comes in six labeled sizes, from XS/S up to 6XL/7XL: XS/S, S/M, L/XL, 2XL/3XL, 4XL/5XL and 6XL/7XL. XS/S and S/M sit closer to the body for a narrower torso and hip, while 2XL/3XL through 6XL/7XL extend the strap length and buckle range for a fuller frame. Each labeled size still has its own buckle adjustment, so two people wearing the same label can fine-tune the shoulder, waist and hip straps separately. The cage sits highest at the underbust and lowest at the upper thigh, so it does not fit like a full bodysuit or cover the torso the way a standard top does.

The strapping is a white reflective faux leather, not genuine leather, with a flat woven core underneath the reflective coating. There is no fabric lining, since the straps sit directly against skin or against an inner layer such as a bodysuit.
