Material and Care

The straps are white reflective faux leather webbing over a firm core, finished with silver-tone metal buckles, grommets and the O-ring detail at the choker. The strap material is unlined, so there is no separate fabric backing against the skin. Hand wash the harness in cool water and wipe the hardware dry immediately; machine washing or high heat can dull the reflective coating and loosen the buckle plating over time, which is the main trade-off of a reflective finish compared to plain matte strapping. Store the harness flat rather than folded, since a sharp crease across the reflective coating can leave a permanent line in the strap surface.
